Emma Wagner

Emma is a context engineer at Gorgias, the e-commerce customer support platform, where she works on the internal AI team. She came to the role from analytics engineering, building optimized dbt models. Today she shapes the Context Layer — the knowledge graph that defines business metrics and data for Gorgias's internal AI coworker. Her current focus is the Context Factory: making that layer self-service and extensible, for internal teams and coding agents alike.
