Is there food available on site?
Yes! A welcome breakfast when doors open, a morning coffee break, and a lunchbox at noon (new this year). Everything is included with your registration.
Is there a cloakroom?
A cloakroom is available on site. We recommend using it early in the morning: in previous years, queues formed during peak hours.
Can I charge my phone or laptop?
Yes, chargers are available for laptops and phones. Bring your own cable if you use a less common connector.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, please don't print it. The team handles entry for you. Your QR code on your phone is all you need.
Will my details be shared with sponsors?
Yes, our sponsors have access to the attendee list. This is an essential part of their support, which allows us to run the conference and keep ticket prices accessible.
